Professional Business Card

This business card design transcends mere functionality it's a carefully constructed visual representation of my brand, "Meredash Lumpiang Ampalaya."  The design choices are deliberate and directly reflect the brand's identity.  The color palette vibrant green, sunny yellow, and crisp white is not accidental but intentionally chosen to evoke the essence of the product.  The warm yellow mirrors the appealing golden-brown color of the cooked lumpia and its savory meat filling, instantly creating an appetizing visual association.  The bright, fresh green represents the ampalaya (bitter melon), the key ingredient that gives the Lumpiang Ampalaya its unique character.  Finally, the clean white symbolizes several key brand values: the cleanliness of the preparation process, the affordability of the product, and, most importantly, the essential lumpia wrapper itself—the very foundation of the dish. Without the white wrapper, there's no lumpia. This thoughtful integration of color directly communicates the core elements of the brand and its product.  The overall aesthetic—simple yet captivating—is a conscious choice, reflecting a brand that values both quality and approachability.  The design's effectiveness lies in its ability to convey the brand's identity at a glance, creating a memorable and positive impression. 

Empowerment Technology

EMTECH  short for “Empowering Technologies” examines the potential of modern technology not just from a theoretical, but from a practical perspective for daily life and future careers. Computers are certainly an important part of EMTECH, but EMTECH is not just about computers; EMTECH involves virtually every aspect of technology such as smartphones, tablets, digital cameras, and a range of software applications. One of the most practical methods of learning in EMTECH. We do not read the news on technology; we actually have the use of technology to create projects and practice how different technologies work in day-to-day contexts. This method of active learning makes the subject much more interesting and allows us to gain an understanding of how it can be applied in real-world settings. What we learn in EMTECH has a lot to do with our lives now. We develop the ability to make presentations, photograph and edit, design web pages, and negotiate the pitfalls of social media. These skills prove to be useful not only for school projects but for personal and the future work field as well. Above all, EMTECH gets us ready for this highly evolving tech-centric future. There is no stopping the technology advancement these days, and thus, it is necessary to learn the basics of technology and create the skills of using technology for all success. By studying EMTECH, we prepare ourselves to understand, adapt, and succeed in a future that is increasingly digital, technological, and data-driven.

Personal Information

 I am Ashley Nicole C. Having aspirations and having a passion for education currently in Grade 12. I was born on October 19, 2007, and I am now 17 years old. I have a strong Catholic faith that provides me with strength and comfort. My favorite color is purple, which symbolizes my creativity and individuality. May God bless us all! 

My love for animals extends to dogs as well. As a Gas student, I am interested in exploring the world of science and technology. They are my kind hearts who share my heart as well as being committed to each other. 

With my current state of mind and strong desire to excel, I am eager to start anew in college. My love for learning is unwavering, and as such, it is inspiring me to dream big with greatness.

Travelogue

 

A travelogue is a personal account or narrative of a person's travels, experiences, and observations while visiting different places, cultures, and environments. It's like a diary or a storybook that shares the author's adventures, reflections, and insights gained during their journey. 

The picture you see is an example of a travelogue based on my own experiences. I created it during my time gathering requirements for my work immersion program. My first stop was the Medicare, located in Capalonga, Barangay Catioan. I went there to get my blood chemistry results, as the Medicare is one of the designated healthcare facilities in our area. It was a sobering experience to see patients confined to their rooms, each battling their own illnesses. It's the closest hospital to our community, providing vital healthcare services to those in need.

Next, I visited the Diocesan Shrine of Jesus the Black Nazarene of Capalonga and Parish of Saint Lucy, one of the largest Christian churches in Capalonga. It's a magnificent structure with a beautiful and awe-inspiring saint. Many tourists visit the Black Nazarene, especially during Holy Week. I went there to express my gratitude and seek forgiveness for my sins. I also wanted to see and visit the house of Jesus once again. 

Before heading back home, we visited the police station to take a picture, as it was a requirement for our work immersion program. It was a great experience to visit the station and capture a moment. We made sure to call the police beforehand to avoid any issues, emphasizing the importance of respecting authority and following proper procedures.

This trip to Capalonga was truly memorable, a collection of experiences that touched my heart and broadened my perspective. It was a journey of discovery, a testament to the resilience of the human spirit, and a reminder of the importance of faith and community. This travelogue serves as a tribute to those experiences, a snapshot of a journey that will forever hold a special place in my heart. 

Digital Art

 

Digital art involves inserting and editing shapes using advanced techniques, often facilitated by word processing applications. It can take the form of illustrations in MS Word, visualizations, or drawings created from pictures, clip art, shapes, SmartArt, charts, or screen clippings. The term "digital" indicates that this art can be created using various application tools, allowing us to produce beautiful pictures and digital art.

As illustrated in the picture above, this artwork incorporates various fundamentals of design. It is not merely digital art; it carries a meaningful message. 

Let’s begin with the stars, which symbolize hope. While they may appear small from a distance, upon closer examination, they shine brightly and provide light. This mirrors human life; we often do not know the true nature of someone unless we take the time to understand and explore them closely. We must recognize individuals for who they truly are, embodying the adage: "Don’t judge a book by its cover."

The figure of a person in a boat represents my own journey. Even when I feel alone during dark and lonely nights, I continue to persevere. The blue color of the boat signifies the problems I carry with me. Even when the sun sets or I feel hopeless, I continue to row forward, burdened by heavy challenges. No matter how dark or stormy the journey becomes, these trials will not deter me from fighting to reach the shore, seeking resolution and clarity for my problems.

The solitary tree stands as a symbol of rest, a place to gather strength for carrying the burdens in the boat filled with problems. Even when alone, I know I can endure because ultimately, it is only ourselves who can aid us through life’s challenges. 

The rocks represent the tools to leave behind my problems, serving as hard objects that assist in overcoming difficulties. This is where I will find resolution and closure, as these rocks can help me carry the weight of my burdens.

The digital art I have created represents my feelings and my identity. It is a reflection of my experiences and the resilience I strive to embody in the face of adversity.

Think before you click poster

 A poster serves as a powerful tool for painters, artists, and anyone seeking to express their emotions and thoughts. It brings together a cohesive collection of ideas, images, and symbols related to a specific theme.  The possibilities for materials are endless, allowing for the creation of visually captivating and impactful pieces that effectively convey the intended message.

The poster in question focuses on the theme "Think Before You Click," highlighting the dangers and threats lurking within the vast world of the internet.  It showcases various applications and software, including popular third-party apps like Snapchat and social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Messenger, Yahoo, Twitter, Instagram, Spotify, TikTok, and Pinterest.  These visuals serve as a stark reminder of the potential risks associated with online activities.

The poster also presents online safety measures, visually emphasizing the threats that can disrupt our lives and put us in danger. Its aim is to raise awareness, particularly for those who frequently interact online, especially when transmitting personal information. By promoting online safety, security, and netiquette, the poster encourages individuals to be more cautious and discerning in their online interactions.

The message "Think Before You Click" empowers individuals to make wiser and safer choices while navigating the digital landscape. It underscores the irreversible nature of our actions, both positive and negative, and encourages us to learn from our mistakes and strive to prevent them from recurring.  In today's world, where technology is constantly evolving and expanding, it is more crucial than ever to exercise caution and awareness to protect ourselves from the growing number of online threats.
